This bespoke limited edition gin celebrates 25 years of Wyvern House at Cambridge Street, Stanmore in 2023
Since the 1890s the Prep school of Newington College has been housed in numerous locations. In 1903 it was moved to its first separate building which was located on the southern boundary of the Stanmore Campus. In 1994 the school purchased the former Adult Deaf Society hostel on Cambridge Street. This site became the home of the Prep school and the new boarding house, officially opening on 18 October 1998.
Whilst not spoilt for choice with botanicals around the Wyvern campus, the flavour profile of this hand-crafted gin includes Strawberry Gum, Lemon Myrtle, Lilly Pilly, but is largely inspired by the beautiful old Port Jackson Fig tree which provides shade to many in the grounds.

Over the past 25 years, Wyvern House has become an inspiring educational space that creates life-long memories and a firm foundation for students at Wyvern and beyond.
