This small-batch gin is the result of Sydney lockdowns and long local walks around Mt Colah. The idea came to create a unique gin for the Hornsby LGA to be a part of and enjoy, showcase local botanicals, and give something back to the local community.
Featured botanicals include lemon myrtle, native hibiscus and native finger lime, creating a refreshing citrusy aroma and flavour.
In true community spirit, a percentage of sales will be donated to the Rural Fire Service, who continue to do amazing work.
