In the 110th year of Frensham, in collaboration with Lord Howe Island Distilling Co whose families have both current and past students, Winifred West Schools Foundation and Frensham Fellowship are proud to present the Birthday Island Gin.
This Australian classic gin celebrates the tradition and history of Birthday Island. Based on a London Dry it is truly NSW. Botanicals include finger lime, lemon myrtle and a range of citrus fruits; mandarin, orange, lemon, kaffir lime & rough lemon from the garden orchards of Old Girls around NSW. Lastly, we have included rose petals foraged from the Frensham gardens. You will be literally drinking the spirit of Frensham in the Southern Highlands.
